Kleeneze Training and Support

The Kleeneze Business Opportunity offers excellent training and support. Whatever speed you decide to work at to build your business, there are trainings and meetings around the country, from house meetings to hotels, meeting halls and arenas.

Training is essential if you want to stay motivated and get ahead. They are an important "tool of the trade"

If however, you are only interested in Retailing, then attendance at meetings is not required.

Local Meetings

These are usually held in someone's home and as such are less formal. There may simply be between 2-6 people and may be held weekly to assist keeping participants on track. Pubs and hotels are also ideal venues when there are more people. These meetings are also known as "sizzle" sessions and can be for as little as one hour or more.

National Conference

These are held annually, usually at the NEC or National Indoor Arena in Birmingham. With in excess of 5000 people, they generate a lot of excitement for the business as a whole, and the speakers share their knowledge with the rest of the network.

European Conference

Subject to qualification, everybody in the business can attend one of these long weekend breaks in a European venue. Some previous destinations have been Cyprus, Portugal, Amsterdam, Madeira, Rome and Monte Carlo. The destination is usually announced at the January New Year conference, along with the qualification requirements. Conferences are held each Autumn during October

International Conference

Subject to qualification, everybody in the business can attend one of these week long breaks. Some previous destinations have been Bali, Hong Kong, Thailand, Australia (Cairns). Sun City (South Africa) and Malaysia. Also Florida and Hawks Cay or the cruise on the Sea Goddess in the Caribbean. An announcement is made each year in June at the National Conference as to the destination & qualifications. The holiday conference takes place the following year in March.

Top qualifiers to either conference usually get additional benefits, such as a flight on Concorde, weekends in Toronto and New York, or Sandals in Jamaica. For Malaysia, this included a visit to the Malaysia Grand Prix, while for Sun City, it included a weekend in Cape Town. Sydney 2005 has just finished and the next one is Rio March 2006

And that is apart from the money, Pins, certificates, awards, and cars (Mini Coopers, BMW's, Porsches, and Ferrari's). Recognition is a valuable resource in anyone's business and can be a motivation method in itself.

Kleeneze hands out a number of trophies during the year as recognition and acknowledgement of a job well done.
